Landings Fort Lauderdale is a subdivision tucked away on a quiet area just west of the sparkling waterway, almost completely surrounded by water. Sharing some qualities with its neighbor Bay Colony, the Landings homes in Fort Lauderdale tend to be scattered liberally in terms of location but are usually closer to the waterfront. Nonetheless, Landings real estate has more of a disparity in price so you’ll find a strong assortment of residences at varying prices.  Besides the homes themselves, a major perk of choosing to live in Landings is receiving membership to the Landings Boat Club.

Next door to Landings is an Olive Garden restaurant you can walk to if you’d like.  To the south you’ll find Bay View Drive Park and the Coral Ridge Country Club just beyond that.  Explore to the east and visit the Sea Ranch Village Shopping Center or just head a little bit further and you’ll reach the Fort Lauderdale coastline.
