You’ll find the relatively small community of Terra Mar, Florida within Broward County and largely within the city of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea.  However, a small portion of Terra Mar also belongs to neighboring Pompano Beach which means Terra Mar essentially has a simultaneous setting and is equally situated to the sights and sounds in both of those aforementioned cities.  Terra Mar real estate is mostly a collection of Terra Mar condos more than what one consider conventional single family Terra Mar homes.  Most residences face the water with a few interior properties also available.

If you walk across South Ocean Boulevard you’ll instantly notice how close Terra Mar is to the oceanfront and the beaches.  In fact there’s nothing but sun-kissed coastline for several miles to both the north and the south.  Since Terra Mar has the dual location, there’s quite the assortment of places to explore.
