Sunrise Boulevard and Commercial Boulevard are two major east / west roadways that allow thousands of people to get around Broward County. Tucked away in-between, is a quiet section of lush nature called Coral Ridge Fort Lauderdale. The Coral Ridge community consists of several dry lot estates some of which border the golf course, and a collection of properties with an excellent and quiet waterfront location. Coral Ridge is also where you’ll find the Coral Ridge Country Club which contains luxury golf estates and the verdant Gramercy Park. You can go snorkeling at Lauderdale-by-the-Sea near Coral Ridge, visit the commons of Hugh Taylor Park or explore the neighboring city of Oakland Park. Many who choose to live in Coral Ridge do so because of their children and the School system available to them.
Coral Ridge real estate is for the most part comprised of waterfront property. On top of the wonderful environment you’ll also be able to reach conveniences like a Whole Foods Market to the east and the small waterfront English Park by driving south along Bayview Drive. In addition to the classic Galleria mall, Fort Lauderdale International Airport can be reached in about fifteen minutes from Coral Ridge. If you drive south from Fort Lauderdale you can also visit Hollywood which has a very popular and lively downtown area.
